LG 42LD450 42-Inch LCD HDTV Review
First, the LG BD530 Network TV 1080 is Blu-ray Disc impressive. The first CD was a good collector’s item Avatar, and I was impressed. Even my wife, I can not really update that was set in 1080 to 720 in surprise. We have seen many movies then, and they are all beautiful. They may be concerned about TV for only 60 Hz refresh rate, and can be “experts” say that the 120Hz or 240Hz, but believe me, do not do this unless it was not really watch TV the refresh rate. Thoughts of a sudden the picture quality, you are there, the effect strange (the effect of the soap opera), and can do what you want to see all the time. I have not noticed any problems with 60Hz refresh rate, while with sports events and movies many fast movements and explosions. Remember to do your research and you know what you want. more is not always better.
ATT U-verse TV images is good, but obviously not as high as 1080p signal from Blu-ray player (both with HDMI, but the signal U-verse TV 720p). J “I noticed the artifacts and ghosting, but I think that this is because the signal U-verse service, up to a TV. I also have an Xbox 360 is a bit”, is also connected to the HDMI and it looks very good. I have no problems with the image of video games or watch a Netflix.
The menus are very easy to use, and had the opportunity, the Image Wizard can easily calibrate the image to see more of him out of the box. It is very easy, but there are good results.
I can not comment on the sound because I have connected all the external system to a home theater. Although I can not comment on the remote can control everything on my Logitech Harmony remote.
So far only the negative aspects of television, wishing I was at least one HDMI connection, and the majority of drivers on the CD. I prefer this book address the same room as the TV when I have something to prove, or even back to the desktop (where the band), and residence. In addition, I have no complaints about TV and I am very satisfied with your purchase.
The most important thing is: I do not think you can not find a better TV at this price .

1080p vs 720p ona 42 inch tv?
will you know the diffrence between 1080p and 720p if the tv is 42 inches
Depends where you sit and the quality of the two TVs. And it’s true of any 2 TVs the same size.
First, even on equivalent TVs if you sit more than about 7 ft away you won’t see any difference because the eye simply can’t resolve the extra detail on the 1080p model from that far away. See the link for a discussion.
Second, good 720p TVs can actually have a better picture than poor 1080p TVs … it’s a matter of video processing AND the fact that resolution is the 4th most important determinant of perceived picture quality (after dynamic range/contrast ratio, colour saturation and colour accuracy, in that order).
Most people are spending extra to get “True HD” (overhyped ad speak) and then sitting too far away to benefit.
The truth is that at an 8-10 foot viewing distance you need a 60″ or larger screen to reliably perceive any difference between a 720p and 1080p display.
If you aren’t going to sit close enough, don’t buy 1080p.
Furthermore, most programming is not 1080p so by sitting where you can see a benefit will make poorer resolution programming look worse than if you were further back … so unless you are going to watch a lot of Blu-ray or 1080p game images you are essentially wasting money buying 1080p.
For most people it’s smarter to buy a high end 720p model (better video processing and contrast ratio) than a cheap 1080p model.
