I would actually pick neither. I read online, and if I find the article I’ll post it, that 3-D is not recommend for children under the age of 10 because their eye muscles are still developing. I don’t like the tv toy because I think children watch to much tv already and don’t need another excuse to sit in front of the tv all day. I would suggest art supplies, like construction paper, glue, glitter, pipe cleaners and the like.
