How can I stabilize and/or get better reception on my hdtv antenna?
We just moved to a new location and set up our hdtv antenna and converter box, but our reception is just crap! It seems like it’s affected by the weight or location of the people in the room, or if lots of cars are going by outside it also is affected.
Example: I will be on the couch and the signal will come in just fine, my roommate will come in and sit on the chair in the corner and suddenly the channels will skip or the signal will get lost completely. Even if one of us gets up to walk by the tv to leave the room it can start to get choppy. We tried moving the rabbit ears all around and nothing seems to really help. Our tv faces east (if that makes a difference???…..)
